Stone Plaza
The historic structure at 123 W Lee will be relocated on the lot, making way for a new public plaza directly across from the Vinton Stage.

Named "Stone Plaza" after the previous owners of 123 W Lee, Frank and Janine Stone, this space will provide a gathering spot for Vinton residents and visitors at a key location.
McCarty Building Improvements
Facade improvements are being made to the historic McCarty building, including modern vertical cladding, new storefront windows, and new signage.
Alleyway Improvements
The alleyway behind W Lee businesses will be improved to prioritize pedestrian movement throughout Vinton.

A brick paver ribbon will be added to the side of the alley to provide a clear pedestrian path while calming traffic, and new signage will point pedestrians toward businesses fronted on the alleyway.
Rear Courtyard
A new courtyard will be constructed behind the W Lee businesses, providing a more private gathering spot for visitors and an opportunity for new storefronts to be located on a pedestrian-focused area.
